Recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, Ryelands Bed & Breakfast is a haven of peace and tranquility overlooking the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Situated to the south of the Tamar Valley and looking out over its stunning scenery, Ryelands dates back to the 1920s and offers 3 modern and extremely comfortable en-suite guest rooms.
The Tamar Valley encompasses the rivers Tamar, Tavy and Lynher and is famous for its mining heritage landscape. On one side of the valley is Devon, the other Cornwall, and the valley extends north from the broad estuary at Plymouth to the intricate, deeply incised river that meanders just below Launceston and Tavistock. Ryelands B&B is positioned on the border of the two counties near to Saltash, known as the ‘Gateway to Cornwall’. The Tamar Valley borders Dartmoor National Park to the east and the Kit Hill area to the west. Come and visit this world class heritage area, we cannot wait to meet you!
A stay at Ryelands will appeal to those looking for a top quality Bed and Breakfast in Cornwall with stunning countryside views, and is an ideal base for both leisure and business visitors.
We have three beautifully appointed guest rooms in our Tamar Valley Accommodation, suitable for everyone from Business travellers to leisure visitors looking for the perfect base to explore the culture and landscape of the Devon/Cornwall border. Our modern and comfortable rooms are named after local rivers: the Tamar, the Lynher and the Tavy.
